SPRING 2007
Renamed this year, The Celebrity Kitchen Theatre saw many chefs cooking exciting and varied recipes. Vanessa cooked from her 'Food You Really Want to Eat' range of recipes for 10 days at the show. Recipes included Plum and Almond Tart, Seared Tuna with Soy Mirin Dressing and Rhubarb and Ginger Cheesecake. Recipes to follow.

AUTUMN 2005
Running from the 7th to the 16th of October 2005, The Daily Mail Ideal Home Show (Autumn) in London has had Vanessa Miller as their resident chef preparing daily cookery demonstrations on easy entertaining for Christmas as part of the Christmas Ideas Theatre. Recipes and themes have included easy canapes, salads, starters, alturnative roasts, puddings and childrens cookery.
